About Me

From AV Engineer to Global Digital Workplace Architect

I am a Video Conferencing, Unified Communications and AV Solution Architect with 12 years designing and delivering enterprise Digital Workplace platforms for Fortune 500 clients across APAC, EMEA and North America.

My career has spanned every layer of the collaboration stack — starting with hands-on AV operations and Cisco VC infrastructure, through deployment engineering across 150+ global sites, into solution architecture for Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Zoom at scale, and now into program leadership for multi-region Digital Workplace transformations delivered directly to CIO and IT PMO stakeholders.

What makes my work distinctive is the combination of deep technical architecture (HLD/LLD, Meeting Room (T1–T6) Design, Collaboration cloud and network architecture, AV Over IP) with PMP-certified program governance — the ability to design the right solution AND deliver it on time across complex, multi-vendor, multi-region environments.

I write about Collaboration and IT infrastructure architecture here — covering the decisions that matter, the mistakes I have seen, and the technical depth that separates architect-level thinking from implementation work.
